The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Welcome to our bright and spacious apartment! The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes from the centre of Terni and from Narni, in the green Umbrian countryside, and there is private parking. Terni is a small town, distances are short, and the location of our apartment is excellent for exploring the most beautiful places in our province: the Marmore waterfall, Piediluco, Narni, Le Mole di Narni and the Nera Gorges. You will be 100% satisfied!

Gilda's home

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

"Cacciaglialtri House"

Ancient stone house immersed in the Umbrian countryside, located within the medieval village of Civitella D'Agliano. It is strategically located between Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany, a stone's throw from Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto and Lake Bolsena. Recently renovated with great attention to maintaining the character of a 16th-century building, it is located in the historic part of the town on the main access road to the old village: Via Cacciagliatri.

Civita Nova

Civita Nova is 250 m from the town center. The village of Civita can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes, but there is also a shuttle service 300 meters from the accommodation. Small pets are welcome for a small fee. Parking is free on site, and there is a Wi-Fi connection. The accommodation is air-conditioned, with a fully-equipped kitchen. Private bathroom with shower, towels and bed linens are included as well as self-service breakfast.

Garibaldi's residence

The Residence is located in the center of the city, in a 17th-century building that includes a medieval tower. The large apartment with double entrance consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and study; the sleeping area includes three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, also available individually. Due to its location and configuration, the Residence is also particularly suitable for business trips.
