Lovely and completely independent guest house. Living room, bedroom and bathroom. Open kitchen and living room with double sofa bed. Part of a 15th century monastery surrounded by fields. Main house is rarely used as we live in Britain so you are likely to have the large grounds and pool to yourselves! A gatekeeper lives in another outbuilding and is available for any issues. Please note that 2 lovely dog puppies live at the property and they are used to children.

Delightful cottage in the countryside

In the picturesque setting of the Umbrian gullies, in a quiet and very panoramic dependence on one level with private porch, large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Just minutes from the A1 motorway and Fabro-Ficulle train station, the home is great for a relaxing stay halfway between Rome and Florence. No wi-fi. Unfortunately we cannot accept children.
