Demeter's House. A paradise among the olive trees

A Comfortable Ground Floor consisting of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry. The entrance is independent, overlooking the porch and garden of the house's exclusive stones. The accessible olive grove next door is shared with me. The house is in the countryside in a quiet place in Montecchio, a small town a few km from Umbrian towns such as Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi and Todi. 20 km from the A1 motorway to easily reach Rome and Florence.

This room is designed for a quick one or two stopover, we can provide breakfast on request and whilst we dont have a restaurant or bar at the farm there are plenty of options in the nearby towns or in Orvieto itself.
