Demeter's House. A paradise among the olive trees

A Comfortable Ground Floor consisting of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry. The entrance is independent, overlooking the porch and garden of the house's exclusive stones. The accessible olive grove next door is shared with me. The house is in the countryside in a quiet place in Montecchio, a small town a few km from Umbrian towns such as Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi and Todi. 20 km from the A1 motorway to easily reach Rome and Florence.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Rose is a queen/double bedroom and a large walk in accessible bathroom with a balcony/patio and stunning views across the valley towards Orvieto. Comes with a small mini bar, coffee machine and kettle, large smart TV and Wifi. This room is designed for a quick one or two stopover, we can provide breakfast on request and whilst we dont have a restaurant or bar at the farm there are plenty of options in the nearby towns or in Orvieto itself.

Belvedere Suite - Torripa Group

The "Lake View" Suite consists of a beautiful bedroom and a large living/dining room with a sofa bed for two additional people and a large bathroom with shower, for a total of 56 square meters!! The fully equipped kitchen is shared with the other two suites that complete the entire property. The "Lake View" Suite has a private terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Bolsena, an ideal place for a relaxing and regenerating vacation, immersed in the surrounding nature.

The house is in the heart of the Castle, the old town of Arrone, which is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, near the Church of San Giovanni del XIV^ and a few meters from the Civic Tower A large terrace, adorned with flowers overlooks the valley of the Nera River Park, with a relaxing and evocative landscape. The room "Cuore del Castello" is a portion of a body of adjoining buildings that constituted the first medieval settlement dating back to 1000.

Convenient to reach, parking in the immediate vicinity. It has Wi-Fi and heating with radiators. About a kilometer away you can find some services including a bar, restaurant, market and pharmacy.
