Holiday rentals with a balcony in Province of Vercelli

Lovely location, Jacopo is wonderful host, very responsive with lots of useful tips which allowed us to avoid tourist traps & discover true Italy a truly beautiful country 😃

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment itself had every amenity we could need and many thoughtful additions. The location is a 1min walk to the lake, the ferry stop is a further minute or two, so very convenient for visiting the islands.

The house was nice and comfortable and the amenities were thoughtful.The location was also good, an hour's walk to orta San Guiliu, and the paddle in the garage made the kids have a great time. The only thing that was lacking in the United States was the contact details, to be unreachable before arriving, the message said to contact 2 hours in advance, but our email with Whatapps was just unreachable and made us a little nervous before we got there. Fortunately Brosia was already waiting at the house and was shocked.

Large and very pleasant accommodation. Well-equipped, very clean. We recommend!

Beautiful apartment in a great location, very family-friendly, excellent and super nice communication with the hosts in German and English. Monthly ticket for the ferry (from Baveno or Stresa) also recommended for a several day stay, is then cheaper than single tickets. Free parking in Baveno possible (many parking options). In the evening, all the shops on the island are closed and only the expensive restaurants are open. We will be happy to come back. 🫶🏼

Me , my husband and our 3 year old had 4 nights in this lovely home, it was the perfect stay all very clean and tidy our host was so lovely and it was really easy from start to finish! The kitchen is so cute and the shower is amazing very clean and super comfortable stay! 2 minute walk and your at the lake amazing views and the little town is so gorgeous lots of friendly locals & delicious coffee and treats right on your doorstep! Beautiful, very large apartment. In the morning, the balcony is in the sun (in April from about 9:30 am), ideal for breakfast. You can walk to the lake in about 5 minutes, downtown in 10 minutes, a mini market is 200 m away. The private parking is worth its weight in gold. Check-in worked smoothly, we were able to get the key from a mailbox with a combination lock at the agency in Intra and drove into the apartment on our own.

Incredible location with a unique view of the Lago dOrta. In the spacious garden on comfortable sun loungers, we were able to quickly immerse ourselves in total peace and quiet. The house is spacious - and perfectly furnished. We didn't miss anything while cooking, neither utensils nor spices. We slept wonderfully in very comfortable beds. As an electrosensible being, I was able to pull the Wi-Fi plug, living and sleeping radiation-free, a huge gift. Thank you, Davide, for making us so good that it was cozy even on cool evenings. Finally, I wish all tenants to clean dishes and pots in the cabinets, to the delight of everyone involved.

Felt very welcomed. Beautifully restored independent traditional house. Comfortable, clean and peaceful. Beautiful gardens. Well positioned in the sun and on the hillside. Access by car is not possible and there is a staircase to access the premises and the house. Free parking is available within 150 metres. Small village with few restaurants but well connected with other villages around the lake.

Very good accommodation to discover the Borromean Islands (harbor with boat shuttle less than 10 minutes walk away). The accommodation is spacious, very pleasant for a family. We had a great stay despite the fickle weather! We recommend this listing as well as the Interhome service provider for quality advice.

We felt very comfortable with Lorella! The property is very spacious and in the kitchen you will find everything you need. You live on the 1st floor above her apartment, but you have a separate access. Except for the check-in, we didn't see each other anymore, so you're private to yourself. Parking is available nearby and the last piece you have to walk. However, there is the possibility to drive directly to the accommodation for loading and unloading. All in all we had a lovely few days here 🙂

The communication was great! The village and the property are in a very quiet location and invites you to relax with the large outdoor terrace. The pizzeria around the corner is definitely recommended. There were four of us in the accommodation, the sofa bed is unfortunately very uncomfortable, which is why a stay for two is better. Simone was very nice and also happy to help if you have any questions!

we enjoyed this apartment very much. It was taken good care of it and it was a nice and quiet neighbourhood. A nice little shop for all kind of food stuff is on a 3 minute walk. The center of Baveno is also at walk distance as well as walking trails in the mountains.
