Welcome to Ptown! We're located on the east side off Bradford on a quiet, green street just a short walk from the harbor and town center. The house comfortably sleeps six upstairs and has lots of room downstairs to relax, make and eat meals, savor the ocean air, and otherwise enjoy the company of those you're with. Built in 2014, the house is in excellent condition, with modern appliances, refined furnishings, and uniquely beautiful features. It's a very special property in a very special place!

Tucked away on a private drive and set back away from Bradford St. You'll still only be 1-1/2 blocks from the bay, a 5 min. walk to the gallery district/ 10 min. walk to town center. Up to 4 guests. Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.
