Cozy apartment with a nice balcony

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

It then runs for 2 hours and then switches off automatically. A highlight - large mobile outdoor kitchen. Outdoor cooking fun guaranteed! With us you will find a very nice, individual apartment with a small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a separate entrance and garden We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

You will stay in a beautiful, country-style captain's house in Wieck/Darß. Under a thatched roof, the apartment with an area of approximately 65 square meters offers two bedrooms with double bed or double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an open living area with kitchen and dining area. Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay. Due to the spacious property, the children have plenty of space to play. The Baltic Sea Cycle Route to the beach is only 100 meters away. It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. On site: Wi-Fi, playground table tennis, badminton, meadow for soccer or volleyball.

Hello, we would like to welcome you to our small port town Barth. A quiet, lovingly renovated apartment awaits you on the upper floor of our house, of course with separate entrance and small balcony for relaxing or breakfast. A private car parking space is also included. Our beautiful port is 10 to 15 minutes away. There are plenty of shopping opportunities and the location is extremely central for further day trips between Rostock and the island of Rügen...

Gutleben country house - lots of flair, sauna and nature

This house found us! By chance, this old farmhouse was offered to us furnished for sale in 2019. We immediately fell in love with the lovingly furnished house, the enchanting garden and the unique location at the end of a 1.5 km long asphalted cul-de-sac surrounded by fields. As a sailor, I, Peter, love the unobstructed expanse, the wind, the silence, the proximity to nature. I found all this here together with my wife Denise - almost our anchorage on land.

Thatched cottage country doctor - secluded location 3,000 m² property

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located far from tourism in the quiet town of Pruchten. It is surrounded by meadows and horse paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house is the bike path towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

The two-storey cottage is surrounded by a very large garden. With your own canoe or stand up paddle you can explore the surroundings. You can of course also fish at the jetty.
