There is plenty of space here for a good price. It has 65 m², is in the old town of Barther, with beautiful water views of the lagoon and the "Adlige Fräuleinstift" founded in 1733. It is in the best location, quiet (Spielstraße) and yet central, right by the park, only 2 min. Walking distance to the market and also to the harbor promenade.

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

Den malerischen Hafen von Bodstedt mit Badestelle und Restaurant kann man von hier aus innerhalb von 5 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Unser Haus befindet sich am Kirchsteig 15, idyllischer Boddenblick. In nächster Nähe sind ein kleiner Dorf-Laden, Bäcker und Fleischer sowie einige Restaurants zu finden.

You are located in the northeast of the Hanseatic city of Rostock, directly and only 15 minutes' walk from the Warnow, 10-15 minutes' drive from Warnemünde beach. The Baltic Sea beach in Markgrafenheide, Hohe Düne or Graal Müritz can also be reached in about 20 minutes by car without problems. The city center can also be reached in about 10 minutes via the highway (A19) and federal highway (B105). Shopping facilities can be reached in just 5 minutes by car from the apartment.

We are located in a detached housing estate on the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

The apartment offers an open kitchen-living room, living room and an open sleeping area. The sofa bed can be used as an extra bed for 1 person. For larger families, the adjacent Seemannskoje can be booked. Both apartments share a main entrance with two separate doors.
