In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

The house is located on a hill in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains and guarantees peace and quiet. Prutz is the perfect starting point to explore the nearby ski resorts of Samnaun, Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis as well as the beautiful hiking regions. Perfect for families and groups!

The apartment (1-4 pers.) in the idyllic Farchant is cozy-modern and lovingly furnished. The icing on the cake is the magnificent panoramic mountain view. Many hiking & cycling tours can be done directly from the apartment. The Garmisch ski resort is 15 minutes away by car.

To the fantastic view

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I am sure you will love my home like me. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are also just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.

With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
