The condo is a part of a new residental building, it is stylish and modern desin. 10 minutes walk to the sea coast, and 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. My family lives 5 mins drive from this place and they are more than welcome to help you with anything you need. It’s 65m2 square on the fourth floor of a six year old building. Porto Montenegro is 800m away, main square 200m, beach 100m. Parking available. Smoking prohibited, only outside on balcony.
