Evelyn very affectionate , very attentive and was on the lookout for anything, worried from before she arrived , with messages by watsap , beautiful place a cabin to stay a full month, important detail, I had firewood and with the slow burning, I arrived and I was warm everything, and I slept in a tempered cabin, easy to get to, I fall in love with the place I will return as many times as I can.

Felipe's house is a dream place that perfectly matches what was posted, his house has all the comforts to spend a vacation almost without wanting to leave since the pool as much as the jacuzzi are tremendously comfortable and spacious. i am very grateful for Felipe's kindness to us, who was always attentive and willing to solve any questions we could have, special mention to the Fathers of Felipe who were very kind and friendly with us. thank you very much for making us spend a few very pleasant days at home, it is a place where I would return without a doubt...

Our stay with Ivonne was amazing. The cabin offers stunning views of a lush forest and is very spacious. Ivonne has been lovely with our tribe.

Everything Perfect, we loved the place, it meets everything you need to spend a few days relaxing, and Mrs. Yuli is very kind and attentive.

Beautiful view to enjoy from the terrace and tinaja. Diego and his mom waited for us with the tinaja on, and it was wonderful to arrive after a day from the lake to the hot tin. The cabin has all the comforts, it is small but very cozy. Elsewhere was Horacio, an overly tender kitten who accompanied us on our stay. We enjoyed the jet every day we were, it was very easy to keep warm as there was always firewood to turn it on quickly. Far away, the view is best, both day and night under the stars. Very nice everything!

Cabaña in excellent condition, very comfortable, spacious and beautiful. Private and very natural environment, for a total disconnect from the city. Very friendly and helpful hosts for any need and unexpected. Totally recommendable.

Excellent stay, clean, tidy place, with many details that make a difference in the stay. Robinson as an attentive host throughout the stay if we had any difficulties or queries, which was very nice. The place is excellent to be quiet and exactly the same as the photos and is much better appreciated live, which surprised us as expectations and reality. The dedication from the time of entry to the place to the exit, we would still return to Refugio Pulli

The place is wonderful, you are between Villarrica and I canon away from the noise and connected with nature... the house 1000/10 really loved it and the attention and communication with Gladys was at all times excellent if even the salamander was on. You have all the comforts you can ask for to have a good rest obviously it's a place I would go back to

Excellent accommodation, the cabin is very nice and practical, it has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the middle of nature. Highly recommended to go and relax and enjoy the place and the surroundings. Merima and Patricio are excellent hosts, very concerned, with a golden disposition to make you feel at home! A very spacious place full of nature, it has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Pamela was always communicated and concerned that we were doing well. While it is a retired place it is well connected, you are a 10-minute drive from Playa Negra and 5 minutes from the Ojos del Caburga.

Cozy accommodation. It has everything you need to rest, cook if you want, and enjoy the walks of Pucón and surroundings. We did not meet Hector but he was always attentive and willingly on the phone to evacuate doubts.

Great stay, it comes with everything you need. More than enough space to enjoy with the family. Don Patricio and Doña Flor are very nice people who help you with everything and are aware of everything you need, we would come back again and again.

It is an excellent place to rest removed from the noise and private. Juan an excellent host, super attentive and friendly, he helped us with the Check -in, gave us all the necessary instructions for the tinaja and there was flexibility in the check-out, it is a place I recommend and I would come back another time. Well the first thing sebastian is a friendly charismatic person offered us a clean welcoming environment and in an accurate location close to everything you need if we would return ... a thousand times recommended an excellent service and very loving person 1000% recommended

Our stay at this cabin was simply spectacular. The cabin is spacious, perfect for resting in total comfort. The terrace allowed us to enjoy an unparalleled view of the volcano, surrounded by nature and away from the noise of the city. The tranquility of the place, along with the green and well-kept environment, made the experience even more special. The hosts, Cecilia and Roberto, were incredibly friendly, caring and helpful at all times. Definitely a place we hope to return to.

The place is great. The location near the lake caburgua y termas stood out. The communion is excellent. With respect to the cabin. It's spacious, comfortable, great beds, all clean. Wiffi and smart TV. The beautiful setting.

Cozy cottage, quiet environment that provides a pleasant stay.

José is very attentive and proactive. Our stay was perfect, we were delighted and we didn't want to go. The exquisite cabin with all the necessary amenities for the stay. The path although this paved is easy to access if you have a low car like ours (suzuki swift) The cabin is very well located, sercana minutes from the white/black beaches of Caburgua. We highly recommend and would love to go back.
