Exquisite cabin, ideal for two people. A place surrounded by beautiful and imposing landscapes, silence and absolute tranquility. It's a perfect place if you're looking to disconnect. Entry to the cabin is somewhat complex, I recommend high vehicles or experienced drivers, as the road is something irregular and with a steep slope at the beginning, I with a mazda 3 was able to enter without inconvenience. And unfortunately the only bad thing is the caretaker, Aurora. He does not answer messages and no calls, he did not collaborate at all on arrival (we had to contact the owner of the cabin) and on the last day I came imposing pressure so that we withdrew as soon as possible with a somewhat discourteous and apathetic attitude, it was what tarnished our stay.

Erg is a wonderful host, from the first moment to the last second. The cabin is wonderful to arrive after a day of trekking or bathing in the lake. Kayak was always available and easy to use for one adult and one child. Heating works perfectly. Erg is very helpful and is always ready to help. The coihues forest is wonderful. 100% recommended if you are looking for quiet environments and not to run into hundreds of tourists . Thank you Erg!

Amazing place surrounded by nature very close to the lake, perfect for people who want to disconnect from the city. The cabin is better than as seen in the photos since the vegetation has grown improving both the front and the back patio and giving greater privacy to the house. The quincho it has is very good, with a large and comfortable grill with a super useful table to have a nice time as a couple. Claudia and Eduardo are always attentive and very friendly. Nothing to say, an excellent place, super recommended.

this little home is great to getaway. the host was super accomotating, and his kids were adorable, kind, and happy fellas, playing all day long with our girls. the nature around the house is so lovely. we enjoyed the city as much as we enjoyed relaxing in our little home.

Very nice place, with beautiful views. The terrace on the ceiling is spectacular to look at the stars. The place is the fair mix of disconnection and connectivity. It's also close to different tourist spots. On the other hand, Mrs. Marcela was very kind, attentive and answered all our questions. We would definitely go back!

A book.... that is, even a book could have written,what I mean in the background is to use an analogy to describe that it is really an incredibly quiet place, absolute silence, located in a family and natural environment,very well equipped and the best near all the tourist places in the area,absolutely recommended ....congratulations.

The fantastic stay, it is ideal for disconnecting! It is close to Villarrica and Licanray. The only thing is that if one comes at night it costs a little to get the entrance to the place where the cabin is.

Very good place, clean and in a quiet and natural place. The cottage is comfortable and has everything you need for 2 people. If you want to disconnect it is a good place to do it. It's not that close walking distance to downtown but by car it's easy to access everything in a few minutes. Ricardo was very attentive and understanding, responding promptly and facilitating a grill when we needed it. We definitely came back.

We loved our stay at the tiny house! It was exactly as shown in the photos and the view of the mountain and the night sky was absolutely amazing. Karen and Francisco were great hosts, super quick to respond and help us with everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Really wonderful! If they travel as a couple, this place is perfect! It has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is very well located, close to trails, jumping and 20 minutes from Playa Negra Caburga by car. There are supermarkets fences and it is on the side of the road. And best of all, it has a river just steps from the cabin. An ice-cold and refreshing dip to end a day of hiking is all you need to end the day. Communication with Francisca is smooth and without delay in responding. So thank you so much for everything, we ended up staying more days than predicted for the comfort provided. We will definitely be back ☺️

Everything is very good, the host was always worried because we had a smooth stay. Concerned with every detail. The setting was very beautiful. The tinaja and the quincho were communal and were a little removed from the home, which unfortunately did not allow us to take advantage of them as we wanted. But everything else met our expectations.

The place and the house were wonderful, away from the noise of downtown, ideal for resting. I would say about 10 minutes from the lake and close to the river. Cecilia was a 7, always attentive and with very quick answers if you have any questions. The only bad thing about our experience is that we were too disrespectful neighbors, this mentioned because on the site there is another cabin that is quite close to the house that we rent, almost that they share the same entrance, as there is no greater delimitation that some plants we listened to a lot and even insulted us on a day that we arrived at the house at night. For them to consider it.

Our stay at this cabin was simply spectacular. The cottage is spacious, perfect to rest in total comfort. The terrace allowed us to enjoy an unparalleled view of the volcano, surrounded by nature and away from the noise of the city. The tranquility of the place, along with the green and well-kept environment, made the experience even more special. The hosts, Cecilia and Roberto, were incredibly kind, loving and attentive at all times. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

A truly amazing place. Nitza and her team have really put a lot of attention to every detail in this wonderful cottage surrounded by beautiful greenery and woods. They made accommodations for our toddler and they were always very attentive to any question or request. We would totally return to stay in their Casa Refugio del Bosque again.

Excellent stay, very good infrastructure of the cabin, of a single environment for two people, recommended for a couple plus a child, since it had another bed of 1 square wing of the double bed, everything very clean, bathroom and kitchen, the kitchen had everything you need to cook, it has a grill and a table on the terrace, next to the tinaja that is included with the rent of the lodge, tinaja that filled and heated by Don Gerardo, steps from Playa Linda, restaurants, mini-markets and supermarkets, it is 15 km from villarrica and 15 km from Ipuon, perfect location.

We loved the surroundings, a wonderful place, quiet and ideal for disconnecting, full of bunnies and with spectacular views. The cottage, very functional and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Tasting was very attentive, she was very attentive, and she attended us whenever we needed it. We had a great time and look forward to returning :)
