Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

We are pleased and honored to renovate and live in this valuable building, the former Pudasjärvi municipal hall. We want to offer guests the opportunity to stay in an apartment in a log house built in 1936 on the shore of Iijoki. The apartment has its own kitchen and toilet-bathroom. You can explore the Iijoki estuary and its islands by renting a safe, air-filled kayak with equipment from us. Electric bicycles can also be rented. A cozy, traditional Finnish cottage by the beautiful Kivarijärvi is waiting for you! Peace right next to Pudasjärvi services. Feed 50 km In winter, you can sled right from the yard to the sledding trails. There are also Jyrkkäkoski ski trails and a sledding slope nearby. The Northern Lights illuminate the frost and summer awaits swimming, hiking, and nature. There's no shower, but the well water comes in the sauna. Drinking water is ready. The toilet is an outdoor toilet and a night bin inside

Huoneistossa kaksi takkaa, kaksi wc:tä, kylpyhuone ja sauna. Tässä mökissä majoittuu isompikin seurue ja mökin ovelta pääsee nauttimaan lähes suoraan niin hiihdosta, laskettelusta kuin pyöräilystäkin.
