L’appartamento è un luminoso trilocale e si trova al primo piano di un tranquillo edificio residenziale; è composto da due comode camere da letto e può ospitare fino a 4 persone. Nel cuore della capitale di Fuerteventura si trova questo appartamento totalmente ristrutturato nei minimi dettagli all’inizio del 2024. La casa si presta a diverse tipologie di viaggiatori: smart workers, coppie o famiglie che durante il giorno vogliono visitare questa magnifica isola per poi ritirarsi la sera in un comodo e confortevole alloggio, o ancora coloro che vogliono soggiornare a Fuerteventura per lunghi periodi, magari per godere delle piacevoli temperature estive che questo paradiso offre anche durante i mesi invernali. Lo spazio è arredato su misura e curato nei minimi dettagli: i proprietari hanno saputo coniugare arredi vintage sapientemente rivisitati con il gusto per il design, dalla scelta di un elegante armadio giapponese, dove riporre i tuoi abiti, allo stile di uno specchio indonesiano, così da creare l’atmosfera perfetta per chi è alla ricerca del buon gusto e dell’originalità, senza però rinunciare alla comodità e al comfort necessario per rilassarsi dopo una giornata passata in spiaggia, o dopo essersi immersi in alcune delle attività che questa magica isola offre. Il colore è l’elemento che caratterizza la casa: si passa infatti dai toni tenui del grigio fino a perdersi nell’azzurro polvere, con dettagli e arredi in legno naturale che donano alla casa un sapore unico. Attraverso un disimpegno attrezzato si accede alla zona giorno con cucina ad angolo e su misura, la zona pranzo e la zona living dove troverai un comodissimo divano e una smart TV HD da 32 pollici su cui vedere i tuoi film e le tue serie preferite su ClicTv, Netflix o YouTube. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura ad induzione, lavabo, frigorifero (dove troverai acqua fresca al tuo arrivo), forno, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, tostapane, bollitore e macchina per il caffè Nespresso con cialde e tè assortiti per soddisfare ogni gusto. Inoltre, hai a disposizione gli utensili necessari per cucinare i tuoi cibi preferiti per una cena indimenticabile. Per preservare l’estetica e la ricercatezza degli spazi, la lavatrice e l'aspirapolvere senza filo sono state collocate all'interno di colonne a scomparsa. L’illuminazione degli spazi è un elemento fondamentale, per questo abbiamo pensato ad un’ampia porta scorrevole a vetri che separa la zona giorno da una delle due camere da letto. La prima camera da letto dispone di due letti singoli (90x190 cm ciascuno) con materassi in Memory Foam che, a seconda delle esigenze, possono essere lasciati separati o accostati. Attraverso un breve corridoio, caratterizzato da una carta da parati con motivi vegetali, si arriva alla seconda camera da letto matrimoniale (150x190 cm), anch'essa dotata di materasso in Memory Foam per rendere ancora più confortevole il tuo riposo. Questa camera è dotata di smart TV HD da 32 pollici dove potrai conciliarti il sonno continuando a guardare le tue serie preferite su ClicTv o Netflix (utilizzando il tuo account). Entrambe le camere sono dotate di ventilatore a soffitto, facilmente regolabile con un pratico telecomando, con cui potrai rinfrescarti nei mesi più caldi. Il bagno è arricchito da finiture di pregio che richiamano i colori che caratterizzano tutta la casa, ed è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari: da uno specchio tondo retroilluminato a una comoda doccia, da un lavabo completo di mobile con asciugacapelli al suo interno a un WC con doccino di servizio e bidet. Per noi la sostenibilità e la salvaguardia dell’ambiente sono davvero importanti e per evitare inutili sprechi abbiamo installato due dispenser per il sapone, naturalmente offerto dalla casa, uno per le mani e uno per la doccia. Per ogni evenienza, Aliona è a vostra disposizione e sarà felice di accoglierti al tuo arrivo per il check-in. Senza il check-in non sarà possibile accedere all'appartamento. A dream house built by the artist and architect Antonio Padrón, architect inspired by the famous artist from Lanzarote, Cesar Manrique, situated on one of the most beautiful beaches of Fuerteventura. Surrounded by peaceful little bays, sand and the Atlantic Ocean, this beach house is an oasis for all those who love the sea and are looking for a holiday far away from mass tourism. The house is located right on Los Lagos beach. It is a charming and special house, with a beautiful organic architecture. It consists of an open dining room at the entrance, bathroom, kitchen and sleeping room with 2 beds on the first floor, and another double bedroom on the second floor, with a beautiful little balcony for relaxing moments watching the beach or reading... One of the nicest spot of this house is the dining area in the garden, built below the floor level! It offers privacy and lets you enjoy the peace of this place... The house works with a solar system for energy supply, so we will very much appreciate awareness of its consumption! About El Cotillo ……El Cotillo is a fisherman village on the north west coast of Fuerteventura. It offers beautiful and very different beaches on both sides of the village. The area around the old harbour is particularly pleasant with its restaurants, cafés and few shops. The village is very quiet and has fortunately not been “invaded” by mass tourism, as some other places in Fuerteventura. Having long walks on the sand, biking on small roads or hiking on volcanoes are some of the activities you can enjoy from here. El Cotillo offers all basic facilities (supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars,...) and is only 20 km away from more touristic places like Corralejo. Finally, please note that renting a car is the best option in order to visit the island and to come to this house! We look forward to welcoming you!

El apartamento tiene una localización ideal que permite llegar en coche en muy poco tiempo a otras zonas populares de la isla como Corralejo (20 minutos), Caleta de Fuste (15 minutos) El Cotillo (30 minutos) o Jandía (1 hora). A 100m cuenta con un amplio parking gratuito.
