Montanita Estates' Laguna Lofts sit on a beautiful hill overlooking Montanita and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The Laguna Lofts are the newest addition to Montanita Estates finished in 2020. The lofts are 500 sq/ft and include a King Size bed downstairs with living room, private jacuzzi and kitchennette and perfect space for children upstairs with a lofted ceiling and two twin beds.
