You're going to live in front of the sea. Go downstairs and you're already on the beach. In 1 minute. It's very comfortable! At night, from your bed, you'll hear the waves. At the end of the day, watch the sunsets. In the morning, buy bread downstairs. Freshly baked. And have breakfast with your partner on the terrace. At 1, have a snack at La Marea. Go for a run along the promenade. Go swimming in the mornings with calm seas. Go for a walk on the beach. Everything close. One step away.

Beautyful Loft with everything you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

Lovely apartment with terrace in the heart of the city

Beautiful and cozy one-bedroom apartment with a huge terrace (40m2) with independent access and fully equipped overlooking the San Marcos Castle. The house is located in the heart of El Puerto de Santa María, 2 minutes from bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from the maritime station that connects with Cádiz. It's a very quiet area, so you won't be bothered during your stay, despite being very close to all the sights. The apartment is great for couples.
