The house has three apartments with separate entrances that share a cozy common area with heated swimming pool and sun loungers. This is apartment S. See the pictures for a more detailed description. To rent all the apartments together, or rent one of the other apartments, see "Ghirmais rentals" on my profile. 3 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk with spectacular views to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Amadores beach. 5 minutes walk to restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets.

Situated in a very quiet area, just 10 minutes' walk from the beach, it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the good climate of Puerto Rico city, with its well-equipped beaches, shopping centres and nightlife. The complex's swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers, tables and parasols for spending pleasant days outdoors. There is a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away and a mini-market in the hotel opposite. The Amadores Beach can be easily reached on foot along the scenic promenade.

Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, TV with Apple TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and terrace. It has one of the best locations in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico
