Además se encuentra en una urbanización tranquila para poder disfrutar de la estancia en la Isla. El apartamento cuenta con un pequeño jardín con terraza. Igualmente en el complejo de la urbanización, se encuentra una piscina de uso común. Cosy apartment located on the beachfront. Perfect for quiet vacations. Enjoy the sea view from the balcony and the closeness of the beach. The sand is a few steps from the apartment and the complex has a private access to the beach. The ideal place to escape from the routine and stress, enjoying one of the best sunrises of the island. Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, TV with Apple TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and terrace. It has one of the best locations in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico

Upstairs there is a solarium with showers and a barbecue area to enjoy with friends. This development has a large pool, easy access to parking, a supermarket and tennis/padel facilities.
