Both floors have well-equipped kitchens. The living room on the main floor is decorated with Italian furniture and with large windows and sliding doors to the garden and swimming pool. The villa has a 40 m2 swimming pool with a large sun terrace covered with anti-slip tiles. The registration number for our house is 2017/1325

It has several terraces and a garden. The swimming pool is shared with our other property, Casa Catina (max 4 people).
