Located in the southern part of Gran Canaria, Puerto Rico, this completely renovated two-storey, two-bedroom apartment has a spacious living room, separate dining room and kitchen, separate toilet on the ground floor; while upstairs, in addition to the air-conditioned bedrooms, there is a large bathroom with shower. From one of the bedrooms we can step out onto a small balcony, from where we can see a magnificent ocean, city panorama and the beautiful garden of the complex.

It has several terraces and a garden. The swimming pool is shared with our other property, Casa Catina (max 4 people).
