A very quiet area, ideal for families, in a residential complex with fantastic swimming pools and a Jacuzzi. Each room has built-in closets. The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home (Nespresso, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave...). The private terrace is ideal as a living room, or solarium (it has an awning that can be removed). Wi-Fi and cable TV are available. There are supermarkets 300 meters away, and very close by, there are restaurants and shops. You'll enjoy it

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)
