The 3000 m2 plot includes the detached house, a wooden chalet/gym, a 4.5*9 m swimming pool with 100 m2 fenced terrace, and adjoining 25 m2 suite (5th bedroom/bathroom/toilet).

Gite La Sablère, bottom

Our gite is a warm house of 100 m2, at the beginning of the departmental 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private car park, decorated simply but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in case of a problem or organized gathering.
