CASA AYLA (description) Casa Ayla is the second of four townhouses. It has a driveway entrance shared with the other houses. But the driveway is the only shared space! About 80 sqm of living space, 20 sqm of terrace, 20 sqm of BBQ area and 40 sqm of garden and veranda. Casa Ayla has two levels: • Ground floor: living area including kitchen, dining/living room, bathroom, indoor multipurpose room, BBQ area, veranda, garden. • First Floor: sleeping area with two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), terrace. Casa Ayla is equipped with the necessary comforts to take a vacation without carrying too many accessories. It is our pleasure to offer a small courtesy service for the first hours of arrival (water, pasta and peeled tomatoes, shower and hand soap, coffee, sugar etc.). Inside there are some appliances such as: stove with extractor hood, fridge, electric oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, iron, hairdryer, water heater, washing machine, electric broom, TV. The house is equipped with air conditioners in every room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and allow a good coexistence even for four people. Bright, simple, quiet. In the living room, there is a well-functioning fireplace, which can make evenings (summer and winter) more charming. The terrace, which can be used at any time, is private and sheltered from prying eyes. The garden is equipped with an outdoor shower: comfortable and useful especially for when you return from the sea.

‘Villa Carlotta’ is a home just 150 meters from the sea, surrounded by a large garden with two lovely terraces on which you can eat and entertain in total calm. In the inside of the house, you’ll find a lounge, a separate kitchen, three great size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has mosquito nets and includes two cots for babies, a baby chair, and a pushchair. Every bedroom, is equipped with an air-con and heating system. You’ll also have at your disposal a (warm)outdoor shower, and a BBQ.

The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, a master bathroom and three bedrooms, one with a small bathroom. The rooms are two double bedrooms and one with two single beds that can become a single double bed if necessary.
