Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

The space is continuous, integrating the bedroom, living room and kitchen in the same spacious and functional environment. I also rent out a studio suite with a separate entrance (On the Salmon River! - Unit B), or you can rent both spaces by booking the "ON the Salmon River - Full House" listing. This listing can be booked 6 months in advance. The Full House listing can be booked 1 year in advance. The dock and laundry room are considered common areas for both units.

The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
