Villa Cherry offers 2 beautiful apartments within a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, caffes and bakeries. This is a ground floor apartment and can host 4-6 people. It offers beautiful covered terrace with a dining table, one bedroom with king size bed and other with two separate beds., a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dinding table. It is located only 100 m from the sea and the beach and only 500 m from the Punat centre. The apartment has free wifi and parking place.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

This is one bedroom apartment situated in Punat town, on the 2nd floor of a family house with a sea view from the balcony. One double bedroom with an exit to the balcony, bathroom with shower, kitchen, dinning and living area all in one. Extra bed for a third person is on the couch in the bedroom. On the ground floor there is a common grill area available. Parking place is in the yard. Well equipped kitchen, WiFi and air conditioning available. One pet is welcome, subject to extra charge.

Distance from center is 300 meters, and from the first beach 900 meters. There is a supermarket 300 meters from the apartment.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

This big apartment is equipped with everything You need! Our position is very kid friendly - the first playground is a 5 minute stroll, and the bigger beach is only a short car ride away (1,8km). There You can find our water slides with a sea water pool (see pictures)! The first round is on us :)
