Holiday rentals with a patio in Punta Ala

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. We enjoyed walking down to the water and going to the many available restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay

When we arrived by ferry, we were warmly greeted by the host who took us to the house, very close to the place of disembarkation; we immediately settled comfortably and also received tips on what to do in the afternoon and where to go to eat! Absolutely flexible and comfortable check-in and check-out times without rush and boredom in having to find an accommodation for luggage; Overall, the accommodation, although harvested, was also very welcoming and with a great view of the sea! If we were to return to the island there is no doubt about where to stay!

Good location for enjoying Portoferraio and the closest and beautiful beaches of Padulella, Ghiaie, and so on! A good option for someone traveling without a car to the island :)

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

Apartment in a quiet and spectacular area landscape... it is also very close to the port. Terrace that has a view that is worth the stay! Amazing sea view and home consistent with the description... Most beautiful place on the island

We had a lovely stay despite the rainy weather! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Sheila was welcoming and responsive and provided nice recommandations in particular for restaurants nearby. We'd happily come back again—hopefully with a bit more sunshine next time!

Giglio was always available and helpful. Communication in English was smooth. The apartment is very cozy and matches the photos. Giglio is a very friendly and empathetic person with whom we laughed a lot and she welcomed us extremely lovingly and also said goodbye at the end.

Finding yourself in a "home," not in an environment made to be rented. And a house always has a soul, like its owner Leandro who welcomed us and also accompanied us in the history of this house. What can I say, this is the Airbnb we like. Strategic location in an area where you'll be spoiled for choice on what to visit.

The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. It was very nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. Everything we needed was provided. The location is very good. Both supermarkets are very close. The village center is only about 500 m away and the beach 1 km away. Francesca is a wonderful host, she is very friendly. We were also able to check in earlier. We can really recommend this property and would love to come back again.

really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

Beautiful apartment with awesome rooftop and ocean views. 600m walk to the beach! Great recommendations for restaurants! Apartment was clean, spacious everything you could need the air conditioning worked very well mattresses very comfortable no complaints no issues. Will definitely stay again and recommend.
