All bedrooms are equipped with closets. Beds: 180x200, 150x190; 140x190, and a sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom: one shower (1st floor), bathtub (2nd floor).

hola, ich bin die schwarze perle! taucht ein....zentral gelegen, direkt an der TF-5, zwischen puerto und icod, in erster meereslinie und an einem der schönsten küstenwanderwege teneriffas, erwartet euch ganz privat ein ambiente der oberklasse. entspannt im beheizten jacuzzi mit einem glas wein und dem gigantischen ausblick auf den atlantik. luxus pur direkt an der natur. fünf minuten fussweg zum meer mit natürlichen becken. wir haben noch eine finca in den bergen..fragt uns!

With capacity for 5 guests, it has a large terrace and barbecue area, where there is a redotal vine of what was formerly my grandfather's orchard. It is an old family house rebuilt and located in the picturesque neighborhood of Punta Brava. A three-minute walk from Loro Parque, next to Playa Jardín (open for swimming from June 25) and a four-minute drive from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz.

The white and blue fisherman-style apartment on the fifth floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR), is newly refurbished, near the harbour, old town and beach. There is a free big park place only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, " Parking el Muelle ".
