Beachfront holiday rentals in Punta Umbría

Fue muy agradable y cómoda. El apartamento tenía de todo, y con muchos detalles , no le falta de nada. La única pega que teníamos muchas expectativas con la playa , y para bañarse hay desplazarse ,porque esa zona es la desembocadura del Guadalquivir . Entonces hay mucha piedra y barro justo en la orilla, pero también era interesante por las aves hay .

El pisito de Asun está genial para pasar unos días de playa en Chipiona. Destacar la excelente ubicación y el aire acondicionado (muy bueno y mantiene la casa muy fresquita). Si tengo que decir algo para mejorar es que no hay mucho almacenaje, solo un armario en el cuarto de matrimonio; hubiera sido genial poder tener algún armario más. El baño necesita una reforma, pero da el apaño. Destacar la puntualidad a la llegada y la flexibilidad de horarios en entrada y salida, hemos estados muy a gusto! Gracias Asun por tu amabilidad.

Nieves ha sido súper atenta y amable. Hemos estado muy bien.. La cocina estaba súper equipada, el súper a 5 min y la playa también. La zona muy tranquila, Para repetir.

El apartamento es excelente, en muy buen estado, limpio y equipado con todo. unas vistas fantásticas y bien localizado para visitar PN Doñana, la playa, restaurantes. la unica pega pero es algo común en Matalascañas son las escaleras, para personas con movilidad reducida puede ser un inconveniente. volveremos sin duda Gracias Victor y Paqui

A casa está muito bem decorada e é extremamente confortável, com todas as comodidades que se possa pensar. A Maria foi uma excelente anfitriã, sempre disponível e pronta a ajudar em tudo. Recomendo o alojamento para quem quiser passar uns dias tranquilos em Cabanas!

Adorámos este fim de semana. A casa da Ana e do Lukas é muito bonita, grande e bem equipada, melhor do que esperávamos. A urbanização está muito bem cuidada e cheia de pinheiros, fizemos corrida, relaxámos e fizemos refeições no jardim e fomos até à praia que fica perto. a vista do terraço é maravilhosa. Obrigada!

We absolutely loved staying at this place, and could have happily stayed permanently haha. The first evening we watched a beautiful sunset with a homecooked meal (Lidl in Tavira) and the following morning all walked down to the nature reserve past the animals that our 3 year old loved, and watched the sun coming up with a coffee and it was pure heaven. Very family/child friendly, lots to do and the pool was quiet and great fun! The sun still there late October to top up the tan. More than enough to do in the surrounding areas, we were just happy to sit around the pool and relax. Despite the neighbours nearby, it feels 100% private and secure. The pool is communal but wasn't too busy. Rosa is lovely and always there to help. The internet isn't super strong, but you can get a signal booster from Rosa if you need it for anything. My phone had 4G/5G so I was fine. Everything you need. A bit dated but its fitting with the villa and the area. Would 100% stay again!

Sem dúvida irei voltar. Eu e a minha namorada ficámos completamente apaixonados pelo apartamento e todas as comodidades que oferecia. Começo pelo terraço, que tem das melhores vistas possíveis e de noite, é o melhor sítio para relaxar ou até jogar uma partida de UNO, ou várias que foi o que acabámos por fazer. O apartamento encontrava-se em excelentes condições e tem um design muito moderno. Tínhamos todos os utensílios necessários na cozinha, como também máquina de lavar loiça e máquina de lavar roupa. Por fim, a localização é magnífica e perfeita para umas férias sem carro. Tem acesso direto para a praia e uma piscina disponível no condomínio. Foram muito atenciosos com tudo e tiveram sempre o cuidado de verificar se estava tudo bem com a nossa estadia. Obrigado e até para o ano, Marta :)

This house was above our expectations. We stayed at Manuel's house for a number of weeks. The house is in a lovely quiet location overlooking Islantilla Golf Course. It is only a short 10 min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more for a long or short term stay and absolutely spotlessly clean. Thank you so much to Jamy for all her help over the number of weeks. Such a friendly person. I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property.

Prachtige locatie midden in de natuur met geweldige uitzichten, zeker bij zonsop- en ondergang! Huis van alle gemakken voor zien met heerlijk zwembad. Let er wel op dat je de juiste weg naar het huis toeneemt! Met de gekregen coördinaten gaf Google maps de weg vanuit het oosten aan, die weg is echter zeer smal en slecht begaanbaar (waardoor helaas schade aan de auto). Je moet vanaf westelijke richting naar het huis rijden, wat betekent dat je bij het bruggetje direct rechtsaf moet ipv rechtdoor. Maar niet afschrikken door dit bericht, want het huis is geweldig.

Tolle, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung, sehr große Terrasse und umlaufender Balkon (konnten wir aufgrund des feucht-kühlen Wetters leider nicht SO doll nutzen), sehr gute Lage, Wohnanlage mit wenigen Einheiten, daher relativ privat, alles hervorragend gesichert mit großem Parkplatz, Ausstattung der Wohnung insgesamt sehr gut, alles funktioniert, wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen

Rosa’s place has all the amenities you need and a well-appointed unit only steps from the beach and situated on a beautiful property. From Rosa’s, you can walk anywhere in the city and see the sites. The surrounding cities are easily accessible and each of their own treasures — Cádiz and Gibraltar are historically significant. Rosa made us feel at home and provided a useful list of dining and sightseeing options that we enjoyed. I look forward to staying again.

Freundliche Wohnung mit zwei getrennten Zimmern (Küche-Stube / Schlafzimmer), und einer grossen gedeckten Terrasse. Das Flair des ehemaligen abschleppbaren Wohnwagens ist immer noch zu spüren: Die Wohnung ist recht klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht, und noch einiges dazu (z.B. Strandtücher, Waschmittel…), alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gut haben uns gefallen: das super bequeme Bett, gutes Internet, der Kontakt zu den freundlichen Gastgebern, der Garten, aus dem wir jederzeit reife Orangen holen durften, das Vogelgezwitscher am Morgen beim Erwachen, und die Ria Formosa in Fussdistanz. todo muy bien, departamento cómodo. cocina muy pequeña y sin espacios para guardar. el termo no daba para que nos bañaramos todos, 2 se podían bañar con agua caliente y los demás ya no podían, salía fría.

La casa de Islantilla es muy cómoda, limpia y fresca. Los dueños están pendientes todo el tiempo, facilitando la estancia y dando sugerencias. Está cerca de la playa, tiendas y restaurantes. Es muy agradable desayunar en la terraza mirando al jardín y escuchando a los pájaros. Los árboles del jardín dan una buena sombra durante casi todo el día.

We loved our Stay at Scott’s place. His apartment is spacious, clean and only 100 metres walk to the 1st resort swimming pool where you can eat decent food and delicious Algarve orange juice if you like. The resort itself is a nice place to be and all the staff were very helpful. The closest beach and other restaurants/bars are just a short walk away. Yes the bed is comfortable and big. Would come back!

Fuseta is a great place to stay if you want to explore the Rio Formosa. We were met by Iryna at the property who couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. The property was clean and well equipped with a lovely roof terrace overlooking the sea. It is on the outskirts of the town but is within a 15 minute walk of a selection of good restaurants and bars. We used the local train to travel both into Faro and towards the Spanish border and found the service both reliable and inexpensive. The weather during our stay wasn’t great but we enjoyed our holiday. The only negative point is that there is some building work in the vicinity( March2025) which detracted from what would otherwise be a great location overlooking the town, fields and sea.

Het appartement heeft alles wat nodig is voor een goed verblijf. Het is goed uitgerust en erg net. Het treinstation en de bushalte zijn vlakbij. De haven en oude stad zijn op 10 minuten wandelen. De communicatie met Fabricio verliep heel vlot en aangenaam.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet endroit paisible et magnifique. José a été parfait, super accueil et le logement est remarquable je recommande vivement ! À bientôt j’espère
