This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

The Orijana vacation home is located in the village of Pusti, close to the medieval town of Svetvinčenat. The house is situated on an area of 1000 square meters in an attractive location. You will be close to the center of the city, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The newly built house has 80 square meters, there are: two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and dining room, and the living room.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk.
