Waterfront holiday rentals in Put-in-Bay

We were extremely satisfied, and Lisa answered all of our questions promptly. It worked well for our short stay and hopefully we’ll be back again next year.

Beautifully decorated and great view right on the Sandusky River! Hosts were great communicators which was a tremendous help after a long day of traveling with flight delays it was great to have a comfortable, clean apartment to come to. My only concern was the outside stairs to get to the apartment as I’m not used to climbing stairs like that with the weather. Overall wonderful stay!

This beach studio is exceptionally nice! (& we've airbnb'd along Lake Erie before.) Although it has lots to offer, if I had to choose the best part it would be the views. (and that was really the purpose of this March trip) The large windows offer a panoramic expanse of Lake Erie & the extending pier. (It’s definitely worth getting up early to see the sunrise.) Seeing that view, we just had to get out & walk to the end of the pier, to watch the waves & the sea birds & enjoy the lake breeze. At the same time, the comfortable & convenient (& open) arrangement of the space kept us more than happy to spend hours inside. We fixed meals easily in the kitchen, then enjoyed them at the dining table with those beautiful lake views. The cute holiday themed decorations and thoughtful additions like cupcakes, snacks & coffee only added to the cheerful interior. This was an absolutely beautiful location, and the inside of the Airbnb was completely charming, the view from the foyer looking out one of the bedroom windows was full lake and it filled me with a sense of peace that I’ve been looking for for a while. I cannot wait to stay here again, and this may become my family’s meeting point between Michigan and Virginia!

Plenty of great things to say! There was a mistake with scheduling and Bill was out of town. He found a way to keep my booking alive, no idea what phone calls he needed to make but he worked it out quickly. The place was clean, amenities were all available, love the location and view. And again, Bill was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will be returning very soon!

I’d definitely recommend and give Chelsea’s river rental 5 stars! My family and I were in town for a weekend trip to the Erie Islands. Best choice we made to stay in this very cozy air b&b directly above a local bakery across the street from the Portage river. Amazing coffee shop and grocery store in walking distance. Very clean and comfortable with charm. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Enjoyed a long weekend at Frank’s place. Everything was clean and well furnished. Family had zero issues. Tied our boat up at the provided dock w no worries. Screened in porch was the ideal spot for morning coffee and evening glasses of wine. Defiantly recommended for anyone

You get what you pay for with this location . Comfortable house and beaches close on both sides of home. Plenty of chairs inside and outside. Bring extra disposable paper products if you use up they’re not restock-able on your stay. Property is well lit on the inside with large dining room table 👍 hopefully this beautiful place will be available when we have our family reunion again.

Fabulous house. Spectacular views. The photos don’t do it justice. We were a family of nine spanning 3 generations and we all loved it. We cooked every day in the huge kitchen, spent hours on the porch watching rough waves crash against the wall, and the kids scootered on the paved backyard while we sat around the fire pit. Just what we hoped for. Thanks.

Ted's place was awesome! Excellent place to spend a relaxed weekend with family and friends. You feel at home. The house is really spacious, the rooms are impecable! We were a family of 10 and were really comfortable. Everything was provided by Ted, you really don't need to bring anything extra but your clothes and toiletry. You can fish from the porch right on the beautiful Lake Erie. Ted was very responsive and polite. I would definitely be staying at his place again.

A nice stay if you are visiting the Toledo area. The heat is pretty slow working, but it will get there eventually. Able to fish off the dock, and plenty of space to sleep. Quiet neighborhood and pretty scenery. Not a ton of amenities within the house but if you aren’t there a ton it shouldn’t affect you all that much. Would stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. I was looking for a peaceful lake house instead I chose this modern Lakeside retreat. I was so impressed by Doug’s communication. It’s the first time we’ve ever stayed at a Airbnb where the host reached out that after the first night make sure everything was good. We enjoyed all of the amenities. The property had to offer. It was so peaceful. Plus, it’s only about a 10 minute drive to everything else so it’s actually very close. All in all I would say it’s a great value and Doug is a great host.

We have stayed at the loft twice now. We love the close distance to Cedar Point and the peaceful setting and beautiful views. It had everything we needed to be comfortable on our trip.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay! The condo was clean, cozy and homey with nice nautical decor. Beautiful sunroom with great water views, enjoyed coffee while watching the boats. The condo was beautiful. It was so much bigger than we expected. We didn’t go swimming because it was a bit cold, but we talked about spending a weekend there with our younger children next year (we were there for Bash at the Bay). Michele was wonderful in communicating, and answered everything.

Very clean condo within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Great outside area to enjoy the views and great weather! Comfortable beds.

We booked a short trip and loved our stay at this beautiful condo! The gated community felt very safe and the view was exactly what we wanted! Would definitely recommend!
