Welcome to Gite Des Roses, set within a 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by the Normandy countryside. Myself, my husband, our dog, cat and 5 free range chickens love it here. There is a private section of the garden exclusively for you with charcoal BBQ and seating areas. The property is located 6 metres from the River Orne giving you unique views from the lounge and bedroom. Complete with a private meadow garden, we are just a 5 minute walk into the medieval city of Domfront with its cafes, bars, restaurants and many a boulangerie. Rich with history, beautiful flowers and breathtaking views of the sweeping woodland valley, it is a timelessly beautiful landscape.

“Gîte de Pépé”, townhouse near the castle

“Le gîte de pépé” is a charming little house with an exterior. It has been fully renovated and equipped for you to have a comfortable stay. Ideal for 4, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Located in the small town of Lassay-les-Châteaux, voted 3rd favorite village of the French 2023, you will find a few meters from the medieval castle, all the useful shops as well as the tourist office. Many walks can be taken from the cottage.

Cozy and eco-friendly "Rouge-Gorge" house

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This house was renovated in the porch of a farm dating from 1671 with eco-materials (lime, hemp, wood). Ideally located to visit the Alpes Mancelles (8 km), the Ecouves Forest (5 km) or the charming town of Alençon (10 km). In the countryside, but not far from the village where all the shops and services are located.
