Exceptional 40 m² studio, Mont Dore hyper center

Unique charming studio in Mont Dore in the hyper center, south facing, with a balcony overlooking the park and mountains. Building facing the thermal baths, in the only listed building in Mont Dore that has largely contributed to the development of the city. This studio is the only one in this state with this level of services. In the past, the Queen of Romania came to stay. In 2018, France 3 TV even made a film about it. Our small apartment is located in the historic heart of Clermont-Fd, on the 2nd and top floor of an old building in front of a small wooded square. We have taken care of its decoration in order to give it a soul, to create a warm and serene atmosphere. A spacious balcony allows you to eat outside in the warm weather. The view is unobstructed. Bright apartment. Quality queen bed. Ideal for 2, but possible for 3 people with a bench as an extra bed in the living room (contact me).

Located in the very center, close to the thermal baths and all amenities, it consists of an entrance, a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped US kitchen. One bedroom with double bed in 160 as well as a double mezzanine bed in 140. A bathroom with shower and toilet. South and west facing with unobstructed views of the mountains and the park. Bed linen rental €10, end-of-stay cleaning €40.
