Wake up in a 300-year-old stone farmhouse nestled in the rolling hills of the Lot — and instantly feel at home. Three ensuite bedrooms, each with their own character and private bathroom, gorgeous beamed ceilings, a fireplace to gather around on cooler evenings, and a sun-drenched terrace with views that go on forever. The small gîte

Pretty detached stone house at the end of a small private hamlet in an 8-hectare estate surrounded by nature. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.

The Batelier

Chateau Grimard was built at the end of the 13th century and is immediately next to the River Lot . It is set amongst vineyards and sunflower fields, with 8 hectares of land all which can be used by guests. The Chateau has 3 gites, all of which have sufficient privacy. Guests can swim in the river, kayak, and there is also a large shared salt water swimming pool. Wifi. The historic town of Puy L’Eveque is five minutes drive away.
