Holiday rentals with beach access in Pyrgos Kallistis

Alkis is a super friendly host, and always responds so quickly. Once I didn’t know how to use the washing machine, he came in person just in five minutes! Also he gave me so many recommendations for local cuisine and tourist attractions. The apartment is well maintained and is in a rather perfect location, 10-15 minutes’ walk to the heart of the Old Town, and 1 minute’s walk just to the beachside. The parking place is easier to find compared to the old town, so it’s more friendly to self-drivers. Overall, highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Salanti! Even though we weren’t very lucky with the weather, it was the perfect place to relax during our trip through Greece. We enjoyed the quiet mornings, the kayaks to go on the water, the private beach to catch sunsets, … When it got sunny after all, Petros was so kind to let us check out late to enjoy some more hours at the stay. Efcharisto!

The living and kitchen space was very comfortable, and the outdoor deck overlooking the port and beach was huge, and a favourite of ours to watch the sunset each day. The dining table is outdoors, so on cool mornings and evenings we needed to dress for the temperature. A great location and plenty of street parking around. It was a 5 minute walk to the port and the heart of Parikia.

We hadden een leuke tijd in het mooie appartement van Krassy. De aankomst was prima voorbereid en de self check-in was heel duidelijk. Het appartement is heel proper, ruim, alles is aanwezig … en wat een uitzicht! Krassy is heel behupzaam, reageert snel, is flexibel en gaf ons goede tips en aanbevelingen. Het enige nadeel is inderdaad de ligging aan de drukke weg maar dat went snel. Alles was top!

This was a great experience. The place was clean and spotless. It felt good from the very first moment. Above all the co-host Stematis was outstandingly helpful - always responded immediately, even when my requests seemed excessive, he never complained and went out of his way to satisfy my needs. The Beach House apartments zijn authetiek, creatief ingericht, ruim, prachtig gelegen voor zee en bergen. Yoga in de ochtend in een bloemenzee was een cadeau. Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen in de natuur. Alle mensen die er werken zijn zo open en vriendelijk. Ik heb genoten. Hopelijk tot ziens, hartelijk dankjewel.

Sara e Giovanni squisiti! Bellissimo soggiorno, zona fantastica. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, il ristorante è una chicca, si mangia divinamente. La sera, a bordo piscina, seduti al ristorante, c'è un atmosfera magica, una pace per i sensi. La nostra bimba si è innamorata della piscina! Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie mille

I had an amazing stay on Agia Anna in April. While the beaches were quiet this time of year, the peaceful atmosphere made it even more special. The apartment offered incredible views right on the shore, and the hot tub was the perfect spot to soak in the sunset. Would definitely come back!

I spent 5 nights here with my mother and 10 year old daughter, and I have not one negative comment…the house is better than pictures! The beautiful gardens give it a feel like being in a movie, and there is beautiful beach literally a few steps outside the house. There is lots of great restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We rented a car, but if you plan to just relax and stay close by, you don’t need one. There is also a bus that you jump on to take you to Old Chania. This place is perfect for families with young and older children. And it’s so comfortable you will not want to leave. Natalia, is so kind and sweet, and is near by should you need anything.

Our party of 6 adults stayed for 4 nights. Mailinda was extremely friendly, professional. responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped arrange car rental. Daily service/cleaning service with clean towels and cleaning was beyond our expectations. The staff were courteous and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, decor was lovely, and the location was fabulous. Located right on the ocean with private access to the beach was wonderful. Easy 5 minute drive to Oia allowed us to time our visits to avoid the busy tourist times. The island was very easy to explore. Wifi is available although the signal could be better. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

Opholdet i Xanthis fine hus var så dejligt. Vi nød hendes skønne blomstrende have med friske urter og søde skilpadder i baghaven. Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Maria’s place has top quality furniture and all items in the place is top notch. I felt very comfortable. The property had fruit trees, a green lawn and its semi private beach. They provided four sun beds and two umbrellas to relax at the beach.

Une semaine au paradis !! Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine chez Manolis. La maison a les pieds dans l’eau et la vue est juste sublime. Les couchers de soleil sont grandioses. Tout est prévu pour profiter des extérieurs : bains de soleil, parasol, table et chaises, fauteuil, hamac, barbecue… Il y a des chaussures de plages pour pouvoir marcher sur les rochers et une petite plagette est également tout de suite accessible. Nous avons vécu dehors et avons été bercés par le bruit des vagues ce qui était génial. La maison est très fonctionnelle et Manolis est plein d’attentions : nous avons trouvé en arrivant une corbeille de fruit frais, des gâteaux sucrés faits maison par sa mère, des citrons de sa ferme, du Raki, des bières et des bouteilles d’eau fraîches, des dattes… Pendant le séjour il nous a amené des chaussons aux épinards et des œufs frais. Manolis a été un hôte attentif, plein de bons conseils et très prévenant. Nous espérons revenir très vite. Merci Manolis pour tout 🩵?

Liebe Maria, danke, dass wir dein schönes kleines Haus nutzen konnten. So nah am Meer zu wohnen, das war etwas besonderes. Jeden Morgen habe ich mich gefreut die Türen zu öffnen und sofort aufs Wasser zu blicken. Der kleine Mini-Supermarkt gleich nebenan war sehr praktisch und auch die Restaurant-Bar einladend. Der Oktober mit wenig Touristen war eine gute Zeit für unseren Aufenthalt und so war auch die Straße kein Problem. Auch die Kinder waren sehr glücklich bei dir. Wir kommen darum gerne wieder.

Des hôtes parfaits, une maison paisible dans une petite rue à deux minutes de la plage de sables noirs et une eau transparente. La jolie terrasse pour se reposer au retour d’une journée de visite de l’île est sans contredit un gros plus. Vous trouverez des restos sur la rue de la plage. Je conseille par contre une voiture.pas de soucis la maison a un grand stationnement qui peut facilement contenir deux voitures au besoin. Kostas nous avait recommandé un loueur que nous n’avons pas pris et à grand regrets. Il était plus cher mais beaucoup de scap côté voiture sur l’île. Kostas a aussi organisé nos transferts aller-retour au port. Ses parents sont venus nous accueillir à notre arrivé à la maison et étaient là aussi à notre départ. Des gens charmants. Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés et vous souhaite d’y séjourner un jour vous ne le regretterez pas! Plusieurs Airb&b à mon actif et définitivement un des meilleurs.

I can see why Katerina is a super host -everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! We felt very comfortable in her place! We found it very convenient and yet peaceful! The view from her balcony was amazing! Katerina was very responsive and pro active ! I would stay here again if I were to visit Chania in the future!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is two minutes walk from the beach and in a nice location. Gasparis was an excellent host. We contacted him several time on Whats App and he responded immediately. Check in was easy and Gasparis was very warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We wanted to swap our Nespresso machine for a filter coffee machine and it arrived immediately. The apartment had everything we wanted for a short 5 night stay and we would certainly recommend the location and property. Thank you Gasparis we had a fantastic time.

Logement parfait pour visiter Athenes sans être dans le bruit de la capitale. Tram a 180m direct vers le centre en 30min et pour vraiment pas cher. je commande

This is the second time we have stayed in this air b and b and if you’re visiting Athens or Nea Makri and the surrounding areas it’s absolutely perfect! Lovely sea views and everything you need is right on your doorstep. Communication with Orges is fantastic and he’s always accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and again!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour!! L"emplacement est parfait loin des attrapes touristes. Très propre et beau! Nous pouvions même faire du lavage. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison! Ils ont été très flexible pour notre heure d'arrivée et ce fût très apprécié,!!,Nous le recommandons à 100,% Nous avons aimé découvrir les petits restos et boutiques Il a la mer en face!! Vous devez savoir que ce n',est as du sable mais des roches! Apportez vous des souliers d'eau!!Merci énormément pour ce séjour mémorable!!!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal in Annas Apartement und kommen gerne wieder. Es ist ein sehr schönes Apartement an guter Lage. Sehr bequemes Bett. Viel Platz. Das Gebäude selbst ist leider etwas ringhörig. Alles nötige ist vorhanden. Wer gerne selber kocht und backt muss jedoch noch etwas aufrüsten (z.B. Öl, Gewürze, Backpapier, Haushaltpapier) Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind zu Fuss erreichbar.
