Holiday rentals with beach access in Pyrgos Kallistis

Alkis is a super friendly host, and always responds so quickly. Once I didn’t know how to use the washing machine, he came in person just in five minutes! Also he gave me so many recommendations for local cuisine and tourist attractions. The apartment is well maintained and is in a rather perfect location, 10-15 minutes’ walk to the heart of the Old Town, and 1 minute’s walk just to the beachside. The parking place is easier to find compared to the old town, so it’s more friendly to self-drivers. Overall, highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Salanti! Even though we weren’t very lucky with the weather, it was the perfect place to relax during our trip through Greece. We enjoyed the quiet mornings, the kayaks to go on the water, the private beach to catch sunsets, … When it got sunny after all, Petros was so kind to let us check out late to enjoy some more hours at the stay. Efcharisto!

The living and kitchen space was very comfortable, and the outdoor deck overlooking the port and beach was huge, and a favourite of ours to watch the sunset each day. The dining table is outdoors, so on cool mornings and evenings we needed to dress for the temperature. A great location and plenty of street parking around. It was a 5 minute walk to the port and the heart of Parikia.

Extremely beautiful apartment - very clean, spacious, lovely modern interior decoration. The view of the sea from the apartment is simply wow. Of course, we took lovely photos :). I highly recommend.

Above all the co-host Stematis was outstandingly helpful - always responded immediately, even when my requests seemed excessive, he never complained and went out of his way to satisfy my needs. Lizzy’s place was beautiful. Honestly prettier than the pictures! The location was so quiet, so private and so serene. Lizzy and hosts were very helpful, happy and immediately greeted us. Lizzy was also very response. The accommodations were very sweet, clean and spacious! We would absolutely go back.

Sara and Giovanni are exquisite! Beautiful stay, fantastic area. We had a great time, the restaurant is a gem, you can eat divinely. In the evening, by the pool, sitting at the restaurant, there is a magical atmosphere, a peace for the senses. Our little girl fell in love with the pool! We'll definitely be back

I had an amazing stay on Agia Anna in April. While the beaches were quiet this time of year, the peaceful atmosphere made it even more special. The apartment offered incredible views right on the shore, and the hot tub was the perfect spot to soak in the sunset. Would definitely come back!

I spent 5 nights here with my mother and 10 year old daughter, and I have not one negative comment…the house is better than pictures! The beautiful gardens give it a feel like being in a movie, and there is beautiful beach literally a few steps outside the house. There is lots of great restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We rented a car, but if you plan to just relax and stay close by, you don’t need one. There is also a bus that you jump on to take you to Old Chania. This place is perfect for families with young and older children. And it’s so comfortable you will not want to leave. Natalia, is so kind and sweet, and is near by should you need anything.

Our party of 6 adults stayed for 4 nights. Mailinda was extremely friendly, professional. responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped arrange car rental. Daily service/cleaning service with clean towels and cleaning was beyond our expectations. The staff were courteous and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, decor was lovely, and the location was fabulous. Located right on the ocean with private access to the beach was wonderful. Easy 5 minute drive to Oia allowed us to time our visits to avoid the busy tourist times. The island was very easy to explore. Wifi is available although the signal could be better. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

Maria’s place has top quality furniture and all items in the place is top notch. I felt very comfortable. The property had fruit trees, a green lawn and its semi private beach. They provided four sun beds and two umbrellas to relax at the beach.

A week in paradise!! We had a wonderful week at Manolis's place. The house has its feet in the water and the view is just sublime. The sunsets are grandiose. Everything is provided to enjoy the exteriors: sunbathing, umbrella, table and chairs, armchair, hammock, barbecue… There are beach shoes to be able to walk on the rocks and a small paddle is also immediately accessible. We lived outside and were lulled by the sound of the waves which was great. The house is very functional and Manolis is full of attention: we found a basket of fresh fruit, sweet cakes homemade by his mother, lemons from his farm, Raki, fresh beers and water bottles, dates... During the stay he brought us spinach slippers and fresh eggs. Manolis was an attentive host, full of good advice and very considerate. We hope to be back soon. Thank you Manolis for everything🩵?

We had the most wonderful stay here the proximity to the pebble Beach was a highlight and the bright lights of kalamata only 15 min by car. Maria was the perfect host.

I can see why Katerina is a super host -everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! We felt very comfortable in her place! We found it very convenient and yet peaceful! The view from her balcony was amazing! Katerina was very responsive and pro active ! I would stay here again if I were to visit Chania in the future!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is two minutes walk from the beach and in a nice location. Gasparis was an excellent host. We contacted him several time on Whats App and he responded immediately. Check in was easy and Gasparis was very warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We wanted to swap our Nespresso machine for a filter coffee machine and it arrived immediately. The apartment had everything we wanted for a short 5 night stay and we would certainly recommend the location and property. Thank you Gasparis we had a fantastic time.

Perfect place to visit Athens without being in the noise of the capital. Tram 180m direct to the center in 30min and for really cheap. I order

This is the second time we have stayed in this air b and b and if you’re visiting Athens or Nea Makri and the surrounding areas it’s absolutely perfect! Lovely sea views and everything you need is right on your doorstep. Communication with Orges is fantastic and he’s always accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and again!!

This location was comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation. This location was close to the beach and transportation. The owners were very helpful with suggestions for local beaches and we found the perfect spot. Their help and apartment was a big part in making this a memorable trip the Greece.

We stayed in Anna's apartment for the second time and would be happy to come back. It is a very nice apartment in a good location. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Unfortunately, the building itself is a little ringing. Everything you need is available. However, if you like to cook and bake yourself, you have to upgrade something (e.g. oil, spices, baking paper, household paper) Restaurants, shopping and beach are within walking distance.
