Welcome to CareQuarters Suite, a stunning 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat nestled in the heart of Courtenay. Newly built in 2021, this modern haven boasts a laundry room, workspace, private fenced yard, patio, and storage garage. This barrier-free main floor unit is in a safe, quiet neighbourhood, a 5-minute walk to the Hospital, North Island College & Aquatic Centre. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops & more. Very well-equipped and perfect for short or long stays.

The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Launch your kayak or paddle board steps from your door and explore some of the most beautiful waterfront in the world. Hiking and mountain biking trails are minutes away or just unwind and take in the incredible sunsets. Keep an eye out for local wildlife—orcas, humpback whales, otters, seals, sea lions, and eagles are often spotted right out front. Our small, cozy cabin is full of retro, funky details and has a small kitchen area. Grocery store and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away.

Relax by the fire pit on a private deck. Fantastic views of ocean, mountains, and lush green fields! Amazing stargazing here. Abundant wildlife - elk, eagles, bird watching. It's Paradise!

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
