Only 30 minutes from the beaches ,between Valras and Gruissan, 15 minutes from the Canal du Midi. Close to Saint Chinian (10mn),and 30mn from the mountains where there are many lakes. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.
