Dinard, Saint-Malo and the beaches are 20 Km away Cap Fréhel (40 min) Mont Saint-Michel Bay (45 min) 5 minutes from the cottage, Dinan, medieval town with its cobblestone streets, half-timbered houses, castle. Rue du Jerzual will take you to the port.

It consists of: - on the ground floor: living room, kitchen area, storage room and toilet. - upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 double bed and the other with bunk beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet. Sheets are provided but not towels. A high chair and baby cot are available for guests. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the center of Dinan and close to the Saint-Brieuc Saint-Malo expressway.

It is located in the heart of an estate on which there is also another cottage and the owners' house on 6 ha: woods, ponds, pasture with animals, covered play area and swimming pool (10*4 m, heated, covered in case of bad weather, from April to November) common to all guests.
