The apartment is 45 m2 On the main floor we have a loft with the living-dining room and the small kitchen, at the back the bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a wooden attic room with a double bed and access to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have a snack. The entrance, the apartment and the terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always there for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are travelling with more ask me before!!

Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant home. We've been hosting on Airbnb for years, renting out the loft of our own home. Since we didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with more privacy, since we've always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and love. We hope you like it!

A few minutes' drive from Las Rozas Village, Ciudad Fin. Santander, Hospital Puerta de Hierro, Madrid Moncloa, Arguelles-centro ciudad, UAX, Fran de Vitoria, U.Europea. A car is absolutely necessary, and consider that the location is on inner streets that are not exposed.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

If you come to Madrid or the surrounding area, this is an excellent loft, 70 square meters, with access to the independent house. Spacious and modern. The loft has a double room with dressing room mode suite, with a window that fills the space with light. Totally equipped and functional. The dining room is very spacious, it has a sofa bed, like chaislelongue. It has a bathroom and a kitchen, both fully equipped. It has a study room and a laundry room.

The cabin is perfect for a romantic getaway for two. This cabin is located on a 3000-meter fenced plot, full of vegetation and nature. It is independent and offers stunning views and total privacy. Just a 3-minute drive from the village, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and the possibility of walking 10/15 minutes. 6 min walk to train station One hour from Madrid. And 15 minutes from the Monastery of San Lorenzo del Escorial.

Modern in the middle of nature

Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay. A very quiet and comfortable place to know Madrid and its surroundings without stress (El Escorial, Segovia, Ávila and Toledo) and where you can retire to rest. Do not miss the Don Luis Palace of Infante and its gardens located in the middle of Boadilla del Monte. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshment baths.
