Cozy 1 room apartment with about 54 m2 , with a beautiful balcony facing south. Wi-Fi and parking available . The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Konstanz and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. Cozy, small, rustic attic apartment in an old house with 3 floors,quiet location with garden,not far from the lake and the city,very nice views to the mountains. Bus stop to the city,to the lake or train station at 50m,good butcher,vegetables and baker at 200m distance. If required, you can rent a bicycle or canoe. Parking lot directly in front of the house.
