Beautiful, clean, bright ELW (basement approx. 50 square meters, 1 bedroom, 1 dining room/kitchen, hallway, bathroom/toilet). Detached house in a very quiet location (dead end/traffic-calmed area) in the picturesque district of KL-Dansenberg (outskirts, only 10 meters to the Palatinate Forest Nature Park). Separate entrance, so privacy is maintained. In the middle of nature - and yet quickly in the city center of Kaiserslautern (6 km); only 2 km away from the Technical University. The bus connection to the city is good.

Directly at the A6 Kaiserslautern-Einsiedlerhof exit at Air Base, 2 km from Amason SCN2, 2,5 km from Opel-Werk, 1.1 km from S-Bahn KL-Einsiedlerhof, 150 m from bus stop (bus no. 101). Next door are the following restaurants: Mr. Lian (second building of the residential complex), Bombay, Hacienda Mexican, Vietnamese specialties (cinnamon blossom), Chacarero Steakhouse. Transfer and cleaning are available on request.

Dieses Charmante Apartment mit Sauna liegt weniger als 500 Meter vom West Gate der US Airbase und gleichzeitig in einer ruhigen nicht viel befahrenen Straße. Durch die zwei Schlafzimmer und eine zusätzliche Schlafcouch können bis zu 6 Personen Platz finden. In nur wenigen Gehminuten befinden sich eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Supermärkten. In nur 15 Minuten erreichen Sie außerdem die Stadt Kaiserslautern und in 20 Minuten Homburg. Ein Schlafzimmer ist durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt.

Catty‘s AirBnB single apartment is in a strategic area, to the Hauptstuhl train station takes only 8-10 mins by walking. The location is a very peaceful. It is close to LMRC (5 mins driving), Miesau Army Depot is only 8 minutes driving or 20 minutes biking and also RAB (10-15 mins, depends on the traffic time. To Kaiserslautern only takes 20 mins by train as well by driving. To Landstuhl only takes 5 mins. Burg Nanstein (castle) in Landstuhl is always nice to be seen.

Vacation apartment in the musicians' house

The builder of this house, Ludwig Jacob, moved like many Mackenbacher into the world to earn a living for his family with his music. In 1906 he was able to build this house in the style of the usual "musicians' houses" here. In 2014 we set up the apartment on one floor and are always happy to welcome guests from all over the world. We also speak English.
