Welcome to our cozy apartment located in a quiet residential area! The natural location in Bliesgau leaves nothing to be desired, especially for hikers and cyclists. St. Ingbert, Saarbrücken and Homburg can be reached in 20 minutes. You can reach Saarbrücken Airport in 7 minutes and the Saarland thermal baths in 15 minutes. Shopping and bakeries are within walking distance. Parking is available right outside the door. Check-in/out times are specified, yet flexible.

You have an entire apartment with terrace for yourself. In front of the apartment you can park two cars and have access by keypad around the clock. The newly finished apartment has underfloor heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer. Our neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. You can hear the birds chirping while you relax and enjoy the sun on the big south facing balcony :-) You have more desire for hustle and bustle and party? No problem! The city center is only 10min walk away.

Looking at the Palatinate Forest, the "Waldschlösschen" is on the edge of the university residential area. I use the apartment myself when I visit my family in Kaiserslautern and otherwise live in Hamburg. It has 1.5 rooms and is set up in such a way that you can work efficiently from home and also relax. I am happy if you can also enjoy it: sit back and relax, study or work – in this quiet, stylish and modern accommodation.
