As on my previous stays, this cottage is a true home away from home, and Makgati is a wonderful host! This is a great place for anyone to stay--but especially if you are interested in South African art, you'll find that this is a very special place to be and that Makgati's knowledge adds a tremendous amount to your stay.

I had an an amazing stay, definitely a solo location spot that is hard to forget. Very beautiful and peaceful. I wanted to extend my stay unfortunately it was already booked. Definitely coming back.

Staying at the farm was the best decision I have made so far this year 🙌 I watched the sun rise and set every day of my stay and listened to the sounds of nature and watched as the hot air balloons sailed past. I went to and from the local attractions using uber and I couldn't believe how reliable that was. The farm is so quiet and peaceful and I had the best assistance from Feelo throughout my stay. I could visit this place over and over again until I've stayed in all the different houses just to experience the beautiful interior decor ✨️

The Mana Cabin at Melody Hill Retreat is a cozy, self-catering tiny home nestled among the trees, offering serene views and a private path to the Magalies River. Its thoughtful design features reclaimed materials, a super-king bed, indoor and outdoor baths, and inviting outdoor spaces, making it an ideal getaway for two. A really great place to relax!

Tumi and Philemon were wonderful hosts. Tumi communicated all details of the stay clearly and was very responsive. She provided great recommendations for eateries/activities in the area and her warm hospitality made our stay extra special. The farm was very peaceful, a much needed escape from the city, and Africa Future Home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the night!

From the quiet street, effortless and warm welcome to the smell of lavender as you walked to the room, Mei-Shan's place oozes charm. Really enjoyed my stay with a lovely garden on the doorstep. Quiet and relaxed with olde world charm.

I booked for our friends and US at Ange since we came to joburg for an event. all 4 of us stayed at Anges cottages and we all had a great stay. This cute little cabin has everything and more, for short and long stays and is very affordable. Thanks Ange and Sihle for ensuring our stay was great. Till next time

This Little Cozy Cottage is such a lovely hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the City, Robyn is an incredible host, and the whole property has a peaceful atmosphere. Robyn takes extra care to make sure all her renters are happy and comfortable. My doggie and I absolutely loved our stay here and will return whenever we need to stay in Joburg again.
