In the area around Odderøya, there are fantastic rocks that are suitable for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. In the bay of Bendik you have lawns and sandy beaches. The whole island is a jogging paradise. Canal city pearls: Byfjorden, the beautiful forest terrain of Odderøya and the canal in the middle.

On beautiful Odderøya there are great hiking opportunities, climbing park and new park area with play equipment. Short distance to Bystranda, Aquarama and Kvadraturen.

Bright and modern apartment with space for a small toddler family. Two bedrooms with a total of 2 beds. 1 x 180 cm bed and 1 x 140 cm bed. Approximately 15 minutes by car to Dyreparken and Kristiansand city centre, where you have several attractions such as Fiskebrygga and ☀️ Markens. A short walk from Tømmerstø Brygge and Randesund Lysstøperi, which are also attractions worth seeing! The apartment also comes with a small patio, barbecue and two chairs that you can enjoy in the sun. Good bus connections and short road to bus stops.

Apartment with 3 bedrooms. Travel crib for smaller children is available on stall. Extra bed in living room if needed. The apartment is suitable for families who want a holiday weekend, a week or just need accommodation for a night. 25 min to Dyreparken, 15 min to Åros camping with a pool and great Beach. The hill also has an amazing beach for both big and small that is right by Åros. 20 min to the climbing park High and Lavt. Also suitable for commuters if you want a furnished cozy home for a shorter period of time.

Free parking space behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NOT channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. A 160 bed and a crib on the other.
