A great and practical house with sleeping places for 9 people. Possibility of 2 extra beds (foam mattresses) for an extra charge. Bed linen and towel included. The house is perfect for both 1 and 2 families on a trip. About 5 minutes drive to both Dyreparken, Hamresanden and Sørlandssenteret. Kjevik airport and Kristiansand city center (10 min by car). The area is child-friendly and has two outdoor areas, with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Beach is close by (5 min walk). 2 parking spaces are attached to the property.

Great base for those who want to vacation in Kristiansand. The property is located just north of Kristiansand city center. Very child-friendly and quiet area. Parking 50 meters from the entrance. Large sofa with 75-inch TV. Dining table with room for 8 and well equipped kitchen. The balcony has seating for 6 and I also have a Weber Summit S-670 gas grill that can be used freely. Possibility of charging in the basement, but this must be agreed upon and I have to open the gate from the phone. I charge NOK 150 per charge.

Oppholdsrom med kjøkkenkrok, bad med dusj og vaskemaskin, samt soverom med 190 cm seng som kan deles til to enkeltsenger (2x80 cm) når dere er to gjester. Det er også mulig å blåse opp en ekstra madrass ved behov. Ca. 20 minutter med bil til både flyplassen og Kristiansand. Til Dyreparken, IKEA og Norges største kjøpesenter på Sørlandsparken tar det ca. 25 minutter.
