Holiday rentals with a patio in Randolph

Karen and her husband were very responsive, friendly and even helped us bring our luggage in. They left us a loaf of warm bread that hit the spot. The bed was comfortable and lots of towels were supplied. we are in the middle of moving and it was a great respite. It is on the small side and it is a very small kitchen to cook in but it met our needs. It is centrally located in a very historic area.

Lindsey’s place was great, perfect size for two to four people. Was a perfect walking distance to food and shops but also quiet peaceful yard/deck to enjoy each others company.

My television show came to Newport to film for three weeks and I was fortunate to find one of David’s properties available right in the heart of town. The location was perfect for me to commute to the nearby mansions on my bicycle. Other houses on the block are from the early 1700’s which was super cool. It’s also only a couple blocks to the Main Street and the wharfs as well. David was a fantastic host. I would definitely recommend his properties for friends to stay at.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was exactly as described. It was clean and cozy at the perfect location. Check in was very simple. I would 100% stay here again and I highly recommend staying in this area!

Sean’s home was in a great location in Federal Hill, walkable to lots of restaurants and shops and east access to downtown and other neighborhoods. Everything with the home was clear and as described. We’d stay again next time we’re in Providence!

This Airbnb was an unexpected gem. The neighborhood is quiet and right near the bike path. Warren has some top notch restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bed linens were crisp, and there were ample towels. The amenities were just as described. There is a little private patio off of the kitchen and there is a bigger area next to it with a fire pit and picnic bench. The host was incredibly responsive, sometimes within minutes and very accommodating to all of our needs and questions.

Erin's place is perfectly situated in downtown Plymouth. Restaurants and historical sites are within easy walking distance. Beds are super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. Nice deck and a backyard with a fire pit and unique birdhouses.. It was cold and rainy during our stay (which is as to be expected in April), but Plymouth had loads to do. We particularly liked the Cordage Museum (where we spent a few hours talking with locals) and Plymouth's (free entry) Art Museum. We were impressed by how many beach parks Plymouth has. We came to participate in a 5K race on the Grace rail trail and hopefully will be back again next year! Thanks, Erin and family!

Wonderful stay at Jaynes beautiful home. Description and photos were accurate and the home provided all the essentials we needed. House was clean and beds we’re comfortable. Upstairs tenants were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable as well as well-equipped, this house met the needs of everyone in our group. The house is very close to Naval Station Newport as well as downtown Newport, which was very important to us. A great place to stay!

I recently stayed at Peter's place, and it was exactly as described in the posting. The pictures were accurate, and I was pleased to find the space clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The location is fantastic, as I grew up in the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay, first off, walking in the place smelled amazing and the clean relaxing decor and night lights made it so cozy. The beds were inviting and having two bathroom was the icing on the cake! It snowed while we visited but the yard is amazing!! It has outdoor seating, a grill, and fire pit. The landscaping is definitely professional and tasteful like everything else he provided. We can’t wait for warm weather so we can enjoy the outdoors more! Thank you Amy! The house was clean, the beds were delicious… I slept less than I would have liked, they were amazing, and I wish I had gotten more sleep! I broke Amy’s shower and coffee table, but her communication with me was great. I apologized, she sent the damages and everything was fine. She was very kind and easy to talk to =) I would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend it. If I can give you one tip: put curtains closed on the windows to make it really dark… I can only think of how perfect the rooms would be! I wouldn’t get up anymore! hahahaha Thanks Amy!

the space was well cared for with many personal touches. it was a great location to anything we wanted to do. it was raining the weekend we went but we could still walk almost anywhere. comfortable space and well maintained.

Such a cute place to stay! Walkable to downtown as well as Brown University. Plenty of local restaurants nearby. The property was clean and beautiful. As others mentioned, we could hear the renters upstairs, but this should be expected for any similar home. It had so much character. We loved it! Highly recommend and would definitely rent again if back in the area. Almost forgot to mention the amazing shower! Fellow women with different types of showers, this is the everything shower DREAM! But don’t want to wash your hair? There are 3 shower heads so you can avoid the waterfall shower head. Legit using this shower as inspiration for our bathroom remodel we were already planning!

My husband and I stayed at Kaitlin’s place for 4 days. She was a friendly and welcoming host who was always responsive and checked in with us. It was easy to find and check in to the Airbnb. The Airbnb is located conveniently near the airport (we were able to walk to the terminal) and the Blue Line of the subway. The description matches the place very well, it was a cozy space and perfect for a couple. Although the bathroom is small and there is no full kitchen, a minifridge, microwave and coffee machine were available and all we needed for our stay. There was a drying rack available to hang our towels. We had a great time!

We were in and out a lot, but thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Met the host and her pups who were so cute. Felt right at home.

What a gem of a place for our girl's weekend! This home is in a great location right near the town commons that makes it easy to traverse Salem and all that it has to offer, so stay here if you want to check out the local bars, restaurants, stores, museums, and waterfront. We used Alex's place as a home base to explore both Salem and Boston, and the house is easily walkable from the Salem train station that can get you to and from Boston. Alex was so considerate, and even got us local coffee and cupcakes as a welcome present -- she is by far the most thoughtful host we've ever had! We would absolutely stay here again (and again)!
