Old town romance in Uzedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the Wolgaster Altstadt is happy about your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are in walking distance. A free parking space for smaller cars (quite tight, up to the size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

I rent this beautiful apartment, which is located in Dewichow - a part of Mellenthin. The modern very quiet residential complex is located directly on the Shore of Krienker See - a bulge of the Achterwasser. The apartment is modernly equipped. In the apartment complex is also a barbecue area and next to this a beautiful and idyllic bathing area with sandy beach, playground, barbecue area etc. The Baltic Sea resorts Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are just a few km away.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.
