Welcome to our Kate in Mönkebude – Mönke's Kate and Meer – at the Szczecin Lagoon of the Baltic Sea Our monument-protected Kate by the sea is at your disposal for your relaxation. The Kate was built about 1850 as an extension for the former large barn house of a fishing family of Mönkebude and used for living until about 1982. Today, our guests recover between the old half-timbered walls made of bricks, clay plastered walls and under the beautiful Reeth roof on about 80 square meters of living space.

Holidays in a thatched roof house! The spacious, tranquil complex with its 4 holiday homes is very quietly located on the edge of the small island village of Krienke in the middle of the Achterland. From here you have a fantastic view of meadows, fields and pine forests. The barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible Haus Kranich offers comfort for 8 people with reduced mobility and can accommodate a total of 12 guests. A spacious garden with its own swimming pond offers plenty of space to relax.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

The spacious 35m² two-bedroom "SwanSuites" apartment offers not only the utmost comfort but also stylish luxury. This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
