This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. In the half-timbered house, a carefully developed former school storage room, there are two bedrooms for a total of four people on two floors and an open kitchen in the fireplace room. For a relaxing stay, the rooms were built in a rural style with ecological building materials and lovingly furnished. Enjoy the lake panorama from the windows and in front of the front door. The former estate village of Pulow is a secluded place on the mainland strip of the "Island of Usedom" nature park.

Our bright 80 sqm apartment "Traumzeit" (Dream Time), only 5.5 km from the popular Kaiserbäder, is located on the first floor of our house and is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and is a real vacation idyll. Up to six people can vacation in the beautiful Ulrichshorst, within walking distance of Lake Wolgast with a swimming area and restaurant as well as a forest, which invites you to take a walk at any time.

Welcome to the "Hafenidyll" on the Peenestrom directly on the harbor Rankwitz with its own water access. It sleeps 10 people in four bedrooms. In addition, an isolated and renovated construction trailer is available as an adventurous sleeping option for another 4 people in the garden. The living room with fireplace, the master bedroom and the kitchen with terrace face the water. There is also a sauna, a playground and a swimming area in the garden of the property.

Peeneblick Rankwitz vacation home - 80 sqm

The 80 m² apartment is located on a 1000 m² separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park". The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km). The house was completely renovated in 2021 to 2022 and newly equipped with high-quality furniture. *Bookings for the other apartment on the ground floor (100 m² for 6 people + 2 extra beds) and the entire house (2 apartments) can also be made via other listings.

Townhouse Usedom - Mehlstube (House 2)

The 45 m² vacation home is equipped with a double bed, flat-screen TV, a kitchenette including a stove and a bathroom. The house has a terrace in the courtyard. It is part of the Usedom townhouse, which looks back on a long history. The building has been lovingly restored. It has two floors, in the lower one there is the kitchen and a small living area. On the upper floor is the bedroom with TV and the bathroom with a bathtub.

Linger in the quiet relaxed attic apartment of the holiday home De Fischer sin Fru on the Lieper Winkel. Just a few minutes' walk away is the small harbor of Rankwitz with a village shop, a fish smokery and a restaurant. From the attic you have a beautiful view of the Peenestrom. There is access to the in-house jetty. The idyllic hinterland of the Baltic Sea offers many hiking and cycling trails and is pure relaxation.

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
