This charming accommodation is located in the small village of Dewichow on the island of Usedom on the southern arm of the backwater. The apartment is bright, friendly and modernly furnished. The open plan living area invites you to relax or prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. On the balcony you can enjoy the idyllic view of the lake.

Peeneblick Rankwitz vacation home - 80 sqm

The 80m² apartment is located on a 1000 m² and separate recreational property in a central location facing the "Luna Park". The Peenestrom stream is only about 50 m away (bathing area about 1.6 km). The house was completely renovated in the years 2021 to 2022 and newly equipped with high-quality furniture. *Through other listings, bookings for the other apartment on the first floor (100 m² for 6 people + 2x extra bed) and the entire house (2 weeks) can also be made.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. There is access to the in-house boat dock. The idyllic hinterland of the Baltic Sea offers many hiking and cycling trails and is pure relaxation.
