In Recco, near Camogli, 30 m from the sea, in an elegant historic building with frescoed ceilings and Genoese grit floors, a 100-square-meter apartment is rented, expertly renovated, consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen with a spectacular view of the gulf, a garden with a barbecue and a relaxation area, private access to the beach with a deck chair, kayak and SUP, private parking in garages on the third floor without an elevator, with air conditioning in all rooms.

Upon arrival, after driving along a mountain road, you will find yourself surrounded by nature. Please note that in the last kilometer, the roadway narrows twice due to work in progress. The house has 3 bedrooms: a living area with a comfortable sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is on the ground floor next to the games room with: billiards, ping pong, darts. In the private garden, you will find the hot tub with whirlpool (extra service by reservation), the BBQ, and everything for relaxation.
