This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. This house is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown and a great starting point for exploring the Black Hills. We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance). I am happy to help with trail maps and directions are you kick off your adventures in the Black Hills.

Our house is in an older neighborhood on the westside of town. Newly remodeled, with all new furniture, it's a family friendly home with all the furnishings. It's located minutes to the city bike path, Skyline hiking trails, Founders Park, Storybook Island, Jimmy Hilton swimming park, Sioux Park, close to downtown, restaurants and grocery stores. Also 25 minutes from Mt. Rushmore and all the Black Hills has to offer.
